Supplies

  • Clear Paint Can
  • Red and Blue Streamers
  • Patriotic Garland
  • Scissors
  • Foam Stickers
  • Tape

Instructions

Step 1: Wipe down your clear paint can to make sure that it is clean. NOTE: Using a clear can with handles makes for easy hanging so that you can enjoy the holiday celebrations with ease.

Step 2: Take four or five red and blue streamers and take them to the bottom of the clear paint can. NOTE: If you don’t have red and blue streamers, you can cut strips of streamers out of red and blue plastic tablecloths. You can also put as many streamers as necessary to give your windsock a full look.

Step 3: Attach the two patriotic garlands to the bottom of the clean paint can and two patriotic garlands to the top of the clear paint can.

Step 4: Stick your foam stickers to the clear paint can. NOTE: If your stickers are not staying on the clear paint can, you can try gluing them in place.
