Leftover Stuffing Waffles
Hear us out, this recipe centers around a stuffing-based batter that is topped with mashed potatoes, gravy, and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups of crumbled leftover stuffing
- 1/4 of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups of leftover mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup of leftover gravy
- 1/4 cup of leftover cranberry sauce
Directions
- Preheat the waffle iron to medium high. Spray the iron with vegetable oil.
- Combine the stuffing, parsley, and eggs in a bowl. Pack the waffle iron with the stuffing mixture, make sure to spread evenly. Close, and cook until the waffle is golden and can be lifted out (about four to six minutes).
- Transfer each waffle to a plate and top with the mashed potatoes, cover with gravy, and add a dollop of cranberry sauce.

Leftover Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1 pound of various cheeses (Cheddar, Gouda, Parmesan, Fontina, Goat etc..)
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1/3 cup of cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) salted butter
- Pinch of kosher salt and pepper
- 1 clover of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of minced fresh parsley
Directions
- Grate the cheeses and add to a food processor. Include the wine, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic. Process until smooth. Add the parsley and pulse.
- Scrape into a serving dish. Service immediately with a garnish of parsley. You can store in the refrigerator for up to a week if desired.
