If you’re looking for an all-electric vehicle that is capable of keeping up with your daily work life schedule. The 2024 All-Electric Silverado is scheduled to make it’s debut to the public in the fall of 2023, and it is expected to come with plenty of storage space in the cabin and bed. The Silverado EV is brand new to Chevrolet lineup so don’t miss out of this epic opportunity, and it will be offered in the Work Truck, Trail Boss, and RST trims.
Performance
The Silverado EV will be powered by two electric motors, and is expected to generate around 664 horsepower. The engine will come standard with all-wheel drive and a four-wheel drive system will be available. The Silverado EV RST model will come equipped with an adaptive air suspension, and features like 24-inch wheels are optional. The Silverado EV Trail Boss model will likely have all-terrain tires, off-road suspension, and locking differentials.
When properly equipped the RST model is expected to tow a maximum of 10,000 pounds and the Work Truck model is likely to tow up to 8,000 pounds. The driving range of the Silverado EV is projected to be up to 400 miles per charge.
Interior
This all-electric truck is impressive. It’s RST model comes with black-and-white two tone leather upholstery with red piping, fixed glass roof, similar passenger space to the gas powered Silverado crew cab. There is a massive storage bin between the middle armrest and the dashboard due to the column mounted stalk that replaces a console-mounted shifter.
All models are expected to come with a mostly digital dashboard, that is paired with the standard 11.0-inch infotainment screen and an 8.0-inch digital gauge cluster. A larger screen and gauge cluster is optional.
